AGR bulkhead fittings with long thread

AGR fittings with British Standard Pipe (BSP) male inch thread in long thread ( bulkhead ) version. What are AGR fittings bulkhead ? AGR bulkhead fittings are hydraulic fittings used for permanent fastening of hoses in partitions and technological passages. Thanks to the long bulkhead thread with a locknut, they provide a stable and tight connection, eliminating the risk of components loosening during hydraulic system operation. They are indispensable in applications where secure and permanent fastening of the hose in a partition is required. AGR bulkhead fittings are distinguished by a solid construction made of high-quality steel, resistant to pressure and external factors such as moisture, hydraulic oils, or variable temperatures.

Hose fittings with long thread

The long bulkhead thread allows for easy adjustment of the fitting to various partition thicknesses, and the locknut provides additional protection against unwanted movement. The design of the fitting allows for its installation both vertically and horizontally, providing great flexibility in planning hydraulic installations. Fittings of this type are widely used in industries where routing hoses through partitions and structural walls is required. They are most commonly used in: the machinery industry, where they ensure connection stability in machine hydraulic systems; mobile hydraulic systems, e.g., in specialized and agricultural vehicles; industrial installations, where it is necessary to route hoses through the walls of the working chamber; and fluid transport systems, where the tightness and stability of connections play a key role.
