Standpipe fittings

Straight standpipe fittings (P31) 

Straight standpipe fittings designed for crimping on hydraulic hoses or other lines. Straight version fittings. Execution : zinc-plated steel, purpose : the fitting is designed on one side for a hose ( for crimping ) and on the other side there is a straight tube intended for the installation of a cutting ring and a nut. Purpose of the fittings : Standpipe fittings are used to connect lines with rigid lines (other hydraulic tubes) Fittings are also used in air conditioning for connection to another tube. Our offer includes fittings in a version bent at a right angle - 90 standpipe fittings (P32)  and at a 45-degree angle - tube fittings (P35). 

What are BEL and BES fittings ? 

BEL and BES fittings are specialized elements used in hydraulic systems, which serve to connect hydraulic pipes and hoses in a permanent and tight manner. Installation of the ring and nut on the standpipe fitting 

We put the hydraulic nut of the same tube dimension on the tube, and then we put the cutting ring. Place the entire assembly against the connector with the same cone ( with the same tube dimension ) and tighten with a wrench until it stops. After tightening, the cutting ring will bite into the tube, creating a permanent connection.
