SAMWAY T200 is a stationary test bench designed for conducting high-pressure hydraulic hose tests. The maximum test pressure of the device is 200 MPa (2000 bar). The machine is equipped with a test chamber measuring 1400 × 780 × 570 mm with safety glass. The system uses a German-made pump, a US-made valve, and FESTO pneumatic components. The presented version is the basic configuration of the device, with the option to order a printer and additional equipment.

Application and technical characteristics

The SAMWAY T200 testing table is designed for leak testing of hydraulic hoses during pressure tests. It is used in hose inspection stations after assembly and in plants engaged in the production and maintenance of hydraulic hoses.

The device allows for testing at pressures up to 2000 bar. This is the maximum technical parameter of the table, not the required pressure for every test. The pressure value and test duration should be selected according to the technical documentation of the hose assembly being tested and the applicable test procedure.

The test connection has a 1/4" NPT thread. The chamber, which is 1400 mm long, 780 mm wide, and 570 mm high, is equipped with safety glass. The overall dimensions of the table are 2000 × 1100 × 1300 mm. The weight of the device in the basic configuration is 350 kg and may increase with additional equipment.
