SAMWAY T100 is a stationary test bench designed for performing pressure tests on hydraulic hoses. The maximum test pressure is 100 MPa (1000 bar). The device is equipped with a test chamber with protective glass and a 1/4" NPT connection. The design utilizes a German-made pump, a US-made valve, and FESTO pneumatic components. The bench is intended for testing hoses under pressure, with the possibility of expanding the equipment with additional functions.

Application and technical characteristics

The SAMWAY T100 bench is used for carrying out pressure tests on hydraulic hoses. It enables the testing of hoses in a separate chamber equipped with protective glass. The device can be used at hose leak control stations after assembly and crimping of hydraulic fittings.
