Thin-walled compact hoses 1SC
1 SC hydraulic hoses ( one steel braid ) are also called compact hoses. Thin-walled 1SC hoses in contrast to ordinary hydraulic hoses SC hoses have less rubber from the outside and thus have a smaller bending radius. Compact hoses are used where there is not enough space for the use of ordinary hydraulic hoses. Hoses made in accordance with the EN 857 standard. We recommend 1SN hoses ( single-braid ), which have more rubber and are more durable.
Construction of 1SC hoses
- Inner layer: special synthetic rubber resistant to mineral, vegetable and hydraulic oils.
- Reinforcement: 1 high-tensile steel braid.
- Outer layer: special synthetic rubber resistant to oils, abrasion and weather conditions.
- Temperature range: -40ºC to +100ºC, periodically to +125ºC.
- Application: hose for medium and low pressure hydraulic systems using hydraulic oils, mineral and vegetable lubricants.
- Standards: DIN EN 857 1SC / TS 6387 EN 857 1SC, SAE 100 R1A / ISO 1436: 2009 / ISO 1307, EN 857 / ISO 6805, EN 13463-1.
- Max working pressure of 1SC hoses: depending on diameter from 88 to 225 bar
- thinner than ordinary hoses by about 11%
- smaller bending radius.
Hydraulic hoses 1SC – light thin-walled lines
1SC hydraulic hoses are high-quality hydraulic lines with a thin-walled design, which are used in various hydraulic systems. Thanks to their design, they are characterized by lower weight and greater flexibility compared to traditional hoses. Alternative to 1SC hoses = 1SN hydraulic hoses
1SC hoses can be replaced by 1SN hoses, which are characterized by almost identical operating parameters. The main difference lies in: External diameter: Węże 1SN are thicker by about 1 mm, which may be important in systems where space is limited. Construction: 1SN hoses have a thicker wall, which may increase their mechanical strength in some applications. The choice between 1SC and 1SN depends on spatial requirements and operating conditions of the hydraulic system.
