Metric thread straight hydraulic connections
Straight coupling body according to PN-65/M-73140 standard. Straight coupling bodies with metric threads. This type of threaded hydraulic nipples is used to connect, for example, hydraulic pumps, directional control valves, and other components with hydraulic hoses. Standard couplings are made according to the standard PN-65/M-73140. Straight connections do not have a cone on one side - they are flat flat, on the other side they have a thread and a 24-degree cone, allowing the connection of a metric hydraulic hose end, e.g. a DKOL fitting. Alternative designation for metric straight couplings: Metric thread straight connection / Male stud coupling - thread metric
Couplings with ED seal
New type of couplings with ED seal. Straight couplings have an original rubber seal (ED) on one side screwed into the body. On the other side, a metric external thread with a 24-degree cone. They also come as reducers in both inch and metric threads. Made of free-cutting steel. Coated with an anti-corrosion O-zinc coating in white passivation. Since they have a rubber seal, it is not necessary to use other seals such as a metal-rubber washer.
Fitting / coupling - universal application
We also offer fittings with a larger hexagon marked as "fitting / coupling" which you will find in the section straight BB fittings. Fittings marked this way have a dual application, with cones on both sides (they can be used to connect hoses), and the larger hexagon means they can also be used as traditional straight couplings (just add a seal)
Hydraulic connection
Hydraulic connections and steel nipples designed for hydraulic power. Hydraulic connections with metric threads. The category includes couplings with an ED seal (connectors screwed on one side into a block or other internal thread) and on the other side an external thread intended for connecting with a hose end (end with a nut). Hydraulic connections are used to plug into a specific hydraulic receiver, e.g., a manifold, cylinder, valve, pump, or other component. Connections have a special seal on one side, ensuring the connection is leak-free.
- execution: free-cutting steel, galvanized
- threads: metric on both sides
