Corrugated hoses differ from smooth ones in that the surface inside the hose is not smooth but corrugated ( wavy ) Thanks to such a surface, the hoses have a better bending angle ( they can be freely bent ) Regular smooth PTFE hoses do not allow such free bending ( too low a bending radius can lead to hose bending and blocking the flow ) Corrugated PTFE (Teflon) hoses are specialized conduits made of PTFE polymer, characterized by a corrugated wall structure, which gives them exceptional flexibility and the ability to work in demanding conditions. Thanks to the corrugated construction, these hoses offer a smaller bending radius compared to smooth versions, allowing for their installation in places with limited space and complex configurations.
